My Kaylee Del

Well My sweet girl turned 7 on Saturday. So I wanted to take a minute and tell you some about my Angel. Kay is a very good kid! She always has been she was an easy baby apart from the whole not sleeping thing she did. Kaylee is very kind but she also knows very much who she is and what she wants. She is quite the little negotiator, and will try to meet you in the middle but if you won't budge neither will she.

She has had her daddy wrapped around her finger since the moment he first held her. Which is why she had red hair at 3. Mike never tells her no. She adores her daddy and hates to see him upset. She hates to see anyone upset, which is part of why she is such a good kid. She is such a sweetie! And the best big sister. She has been looking out for him and trying to take care of him since she held him for the first time in the hospital the day he was born.

This was her first day of kindergarten, and one of my favorite pics of her. Kaylee is working very hard in school, and is already a wiz in math. I think she gets it from her Papas. Reading isn't so easy for her which I'm sad to say she got from me, but she is working hard. She is forever asking questions, she wants to know everything, why things are the way they are, how things work, where stuff comes from. She wants to do everything and do it right. She has a hard time when she can't get things to work the way she thinks they should.

She is very affectionate, she loves to be held and loves to cuddle. Which makes it hard for her to keep her hands to herself, she wants to hold hands with everybody, and pat everyone. She is very thoughtful of others feelings and wants to make sure everyone is okay. She has always been very aware of how people feel. Kaylee often amazes me she notices things that most kids her age wouldn't give a second thought to. I am grateful everyday that she is my girl! I love her dearly! She is funny! And fun and creative! She loves to draw and make things. Kaylee is amamzing and I'm grateful that the Lord knew we needed each other. She is my Angel!
