Kaylee's 8!!!

My sweet Kaylee angel is 8. And she chose to be baptized on her birthday. We told her that none of her grandparents could come up if she did it on her birthday. She told us that being baptized is important, and she wanted to do it even if no one came. So we planned it and in the end my mom was able to come up. She also made Kaylee's dress (which of course I didn't get a good picture of) it was beautiful and Kaylee loved it!

A boy in Kaylee's class at church who turned 8 a few months ago decided that he was done waiting and he wanted to get baptized with Kaylee. So she got to share her day with him.

Thanks for flying up Mom! We love you! And Thanks to Joe and Robyn for coming to support Kaylee. She was so glad you were there!!

I can't believe how grown up she looks. That's nice that you Mom was able to make it for the baptism. It's hard being away from family on special days like these.

Wow, what a beautiful day! I love baptisms, it's such a special time. Congrats! And tell your mom that the dress she made is awesome.

Yeah for Kaylee. So stinking sad that we couldn't all be there for her, but so great she was willing to do it because it's the right thing - not because it was a party. Love ya'll
