Washington

Just thought I'd let every one know that we made it to Washington on Christmas eve. Still no house but with any luck that will work out next week. Everyone here is pretty good. The kids are enjoying the snow, and I am FREEZING! The kids did so well on the drive up here. I am so pleased with them. They are bouncing off the walls but they are trying to be good. It's hard when there is so little room but they are good kids. There is so much snow which everyone keeps saying is strange for here. But it is pretty here, I am excited to be here.

I know that we have been on an AFB for the last year. But there is something familiar about coming back to an Army Post. We went to the PX today, and I must say it made me smile. I love to see all the guys in their acu's (their uniforms). What can I say we are Army and it's nice to come home.
