Zoo Feild Trip

We were waiting for the buses to show up to take us to the zoo. When they finally showed they had an older bus and then this one. Kaylee thought it was so cool, "I hope we get to ride on the fancy bus!" I laughed. But then we did get to ride on the "fancy" bus. And headed to the zoo.

We didn't have tons of time so we kind of did the fast forward version of the zoo. But the kids had fun. They liked the Jelly's.

We got back to the school and I realized that we didn't have a pic of me and Kaylee so we did one out side her school.

They have a playground at the zoo, it's set up like the lemur enclosure so the kids really get to act like monkey's and they love it!

Every one thought the peacock was so cool. I have to admit it is very pretty.

There are 17 kids in Kaylee's class. 13 of the parents volunteered to go so some us buddied up so the kids could still walk around. We ended up with 2 other parents and 4 other kids. They had lots of fun. It was a very nice day.

We had a fun day. Even waiting for the buses to pick us up. One of them broke down so we had to wait for almost 45 minutes. I was "the grown up" for Kaylee and a little boy. They were so good all day. I think I had the two best kids at the zoo. It's easier to have a good day when you have good kids. ;) Kaylee was so excited that I got to go. I'm glad she likes me. Cause I sure love her!
